10 a.m. – 5 p.m. BEACH Open – Please swim only when and where Lifeguard is on Duty. There are State Laws for your safety. If you have a boat, launch it at the Boat Launch just west of Beach 2. There is no parking at the Boat Launch. Park your boat trailer in our field or return it to your site. We must keep roads clear for emergencies.

7-10 p.m. BEACH REC HALL Open – Games & Snacks – All Ages

11 p.m. All Quiet on Sites Please, no unnecessary walking about camp after 11. Our fishermen and children need their sleep. Thank you!

12 Midnight – All Campfires Fully Extinguished

Campfires are allowed only if they are contained within a ring of stones; Flames are never more than 12 inches high; They are never left unattended; & Are fully extinguished by midnight. Thank you.

10 a.m. – Noon  RED CRAFT HOUSE Open– Crafts for all ages at reasonable prices. Finishing materials are free. Under age 7 must be with an adult.

10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 7 – 10 p.m. BEACH REC HALL Open – Games & Snacks – All Ages

10 a.m. SANDLOT SOFTBALL – Safari Field – All Ball Players welcome.

Noon  ANNUAL DART CHAMPIONSHIPS – Men’s & Women’s Divisions.  All Darters welcome.  Bring your darts.  At the Red Pavilion with Darters Pot Luck Lunch. Bring a dish to participate.  Camper-in-Charge:  Steve Rogers.

4 p.m. SPECIAL EVENT

LON CEREL – MAGIC SHOW with ANIMAL BALLOONS

At Safari Rec Hall – Fun for Al Ages

5 p.m. CHILDREN’S HAYWAGON RIDES – Pick-up and Drop-off at Safari Field. Parents, do not allow your child to ride unless you are certain he/she will remain seated.

5 p.m. ADULTS VOLLEYBALL at the Net at Blue 43. All welcome. Team Play.

7 p.m. ICE CREAM SOCIAL – HOT FUDGE SUNDAES – $1.50 – Safari Rec Hall – Purchase Tickets ahead at the office.  Only 100 will be sold.

7:30 p.m. FREE PRIZE BINGO – Safari Rec Hall – Fun & Prizes, too!!!

11 p.m. All Quiet on Sites Please, no unnecessary walking about camp after 11. It is disquieting to those wishing to sleep.

12 Midnight – ALL CAMPFIRES FULLY EXTINGUISHED.

BATS & BALLS, FRISBEES, BASKETBALLS, HOOPS, STILTS, HORSESHOES, PING PONG PADDLES, PUZZLES, ETC. ON LOAN AT OFFICE. A deposit may be required to assure return. Ask for hiking trail maps. And Browse our Free Lending Library for something to read.

FISHERMEN – Bring your catch to the office to be weighed, photographed with you and entered into our season-long contest. Trophy &Cash Prize – Labor Day Weekend.
